BU counsels Scotiabank on $141m financing

Brigard Urrutia has counselled The Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), as lender, on a financing of close to USD $141 million for the Caoba power transmission platform.

Celsia Energía and Cubico Sustainable Investments also participated in the transaction.

BU’s team was led by partner Cesar Felipe Rodriguez Parra (pictured left) and associate Santiago Jaramillo Martinez (pictured right) along with partner Claudia Ángela Navarro Acevedo and associates Carlos Cerón Amador, Nicolás Giraldo A., José Nicolás Bolívar López, among other members of the firm.
