BZCP and GVNZB advises on investment by Vivo Ventres in Klubi
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Vivo Ventures in its second investment since founding, as lead financier in Klubi‘s R$30 million funding round, investing R$10 million in the fintech.
The rest of the amount came from financiers Eduardo Rocha (Klubi), Paulo Veras (99) and Guilherme Bonifácio (iFood), in addition to Igah Ventures and Cyrela partners.
