BVA act as deal counsel on issuance of The Led

BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados acted as deal counsel under the second issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, with security and additional guarantee, in one serie, held by The Led (RDA Importação e Exportação de Serviços).

Such debentures were subject to public offering, under CVM 160/22, which was coordinated by Galapagos Capital DTVM.
