Marval assists Elebar V financial trust issuance
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has assisted in the issuance of trust securities corresponding to the Elebar V financial trust -under the Elebar Programme- for a total amount of V/N ARS 757,029,000.
The issue was made on 1 March, and included class A variable income trust debt securities (VDFA) for V/N ARS 645,000,000, class B variable income trust debt securities (VDFB) for V/N ARS 82,104,000 and class C variable income trust debt securities (VDFC) for V/N ARS 29,925,000.
The National Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) authorised the public offering of these trust securities on 23 February 2024. They are traded and listed on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets. In addition, the VDFA, VDFB and VDFC have been rated A1+, BBB and BB, respectively, by FIX SCR, the rating agent.
Santa Monica acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; Banco de Valores acted as trustee, arranger and underwriter; and Provincia Bursátil, First Capital Markets, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones and Banco CMF acted as underwriters.
