BVA advises Domo.VC on Nuvidio funding round

Domo.VC has led a post-seed funding round in digital identity startup Nuvidio, raising BRL 6 million with the participation of angel investors Rei Carvalho and Amador Testa. The transaction brings the total capital raised by Nuvidio to BRL 10 million to date. BVA – Barreto Veiga Advogados served as legal advisor to Domo.VC, conducting legal due diligence and supporting the investor in risk identification and transaction structure validation.

The proceeds from the round will be directed towards the development of autonomous agents capable of validating identity, assessing risk and formalising transactions in real time. Nuvidio’s core technology transforms digital interactions — particularly video — into auditable evidence, enabling greater traceability and security in online processes. The solution targets highly regulated sectors, including financial services, with applications in fraud prevention, identity verification and digital journey security.
