Lefosse advises Grupo Toky on two capital raises

Lefosse advised Grupo Toky on two distinct capital increase transactions, with a combined value of approximately BRL 178.6 million.

The first transaction involved a capital increase of BRL 153,256,070.92, fully subscribed and paid in through the conversion of convertible debentures previously issued by Grupo Toky.

The second transaction, valued at BRL 25,369,364.00, was fully subscribed and paid in by Domus Aurea Serviços de Tecnologia. Both operations are classified as equity follow-on transactions in the service activities sector.
