Souto Correa advises Agrihold on Agrivalle stake
Souto Correa has advised Agrihold Management Corp on the strategic acquisition of an equity stake in 10B Bio Participações, the controlling shareholder of Agrivalle, a developer of biological crop protection products, specialty fertilizers, and biostimulants. The transaction supports Agrihold’s objective of consolidating its position as one of the most relevant agricultural input groups in the Mercosur region, while bolstering Agrivalle’s expansion strategy in Latin America, particularly in Paraguay.
The transaction combines Agrihold’s expertise in agricultural input distribution with Agrivalle’s biological portfolio, creating a blend of commercial, technical, and technological development capabilities. Agrihold’s market presence in Paraguay is expected to expand Agrivalle’s regional reach and open new growth opportunities for its biological solutions across Latin America.
