BVA Advogados advise The Led on the acquisition of Invian

BVA advised The Led, through RDA Holding Participações Investimentos e Serviços, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Invian Sistemas de Informática.

The transaction value was confidential.

The transaction was structured to protect both parties, ensuring that the sellers receive the agreed amounts and shares while The Led secures full ownership of Invian as planned. The role of BVA was to provide the best operational structure, not only for our client but also for the overall success of the transaction.
