BZCP advises on the acquisition of Ticket Sports by Ingresse

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Ticket Sports, which was acquired by Ingresse, an online ticket sales platform.

Ticket Sports leads the ticketing operation for sports events in Latin America, with clients such as Ironman, São Silvestre Race, Rio de Janeiro Marathon, L’Étape Brasil by Tour de France, Mountain Do and Volta Internacional da Pampulha.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

BZCP advised Ticket Sports with partners Sergio Bronstein (pictured left), Alfredo Neri (pictured right) and associates Karina Margulies and Vítor Alcaraz.
