Madrona Fialho assists Banco Safra on acquisition of Give Energia
Madrona Fialho advised J. Safra Holding (Banco Safra) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Give Energia, marking the Safra Group’s entry into the energy sector.
The completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. The transaction value was not disclosed.
