BZCP Advogados announces the appointment of a new partner
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados (BZCP) announced the appointment of Ana Carolina Cesar (pictured) as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property, technology, and data protection practices.
With solid experience in contracts, technology transactions, artificial intelligence, compliance, and corporate ethics, the new partner strengthens the firm’s ability to advise clients on complex legal issues that are increasingly central to business.
With over a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients, Ana Carolina’s practice spans both advisory and litigation areas. Having worked at renowned law firms, Ana Carolina has accumulated expertise in advising players in the betting, gaming, media, and entertainment markets, with a strong focus on the creator economy, including influencers and digital advertising, in addition to having earned distinction in the Artificial Intelligence Policy program at the Center for AI and Digital Policy (CAIDP).
Ana Carolina Cesar is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), and IBRAC. She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC-Campinas), a master’s degree in Law and Management from the Portuguese Catholic University, and an MBA in Technology Management.
