BZCP and PN advises on investment of Floating Point on Mevo

Bronstein Zilberberg acted as Brazilian legal counsel to Floating Point and Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as legal counsel to Mevo in a Series A1 investment round of BRL 45 million.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados represented and acted as Brazilian legal counsel to the investment fund Floating Point and relied on partners Guilherme Potenza and Priscila Gurgel Menezes and associate Giuliana Veronez Primati.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as Brazilian legal counsel to Mevo and relied on partner Álvaro Uliani M. dos Santos and associate Eduardo Comparato Ferreira de Sá and Andressa Ickowicz.
