SiqueiraCastro announces return of white-collar crime partner

SiqueiraCastro Advogados announced that partner Renata Cestari returned to the firm’s White-Collar Crime team. Before the pandemic began in January 2020, Mrs. Cestari, who already was an equity partner with more than five years at the firm, opted to open her law boutique. On her way out, of course, she left the doors open.

After a well-succeeded project of two years, Mrs. Cestari noted that an expansion was necessary once she attended cases in different Brazilian states. In addition, the multidisciplinary service, for specific demands, was also a deficit. Thus, in May 2021, Renata expressed her desire to return for Mr. João Daniel Rassi, head of the practice, and Mr. Carlos Fernando Siqueira Castro, the firm’s CEO.

With SiqueiraCastro’s Criminal Law constant growth, her return was providential.
