Campos Thomaz adds Anne Chang as M&A partner
Campos Thomaz Advogados has announced the arrival of Anne Chang as a partner in the firm’s M&A, venture capital and corporate law departments. The move is intended to expand the firm’s work in mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds and corporate structuring, areas the firm says are experiencing growing demand from companies, investors and entrepreneurs.
The firm’s M&A and venture capital practice will now operate in closer coordination with its corporate law team and with the firm’s existing focus on technology and digital services, the sharing economy and e-commerce, fintechs, artificial intelligence, data protection and platform regulation. Anne Chang will work on originating and leading corporate and investment transactions, connecting the firm’s transactional expertise with technology and innovation ecosystems.
Anne Chang holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo’s Faculdade de Direito, an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a specialization in financial markets from the London School of Economics.
