Andrade Foz and BVZ advises on the acquisition of Magicel by Alper Seguros

BVZ Advogados advised Magicel, an insurance brokerage based in Curitiba specializing in health insurance and employee benefits, on its acquisition by Alper Seguros, which was advised by Andrade Foz Advogados.

The legal work, carried out in partnership with RGS Partners, was led by BVZ Advogados partner Gustavo Deucher Brollo (pictured left), with the participation of associate Luisa Junqueira Delgado.

Alper Seguros was advised by Andrade, Foz, Hypolito e Médicis Advogados, with the negotiations led by partner Denise Hypolito Passaro (pictured right) and associate Carolina Ciol Rodrigues Aveiro.
