Candido Martins Cukier advise ACP Bioenergia on CRA issuance
Candido Martins Cukier advised ACP Bioenergia on raising R$ 335 million through the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA). The transaction was structured by Éxes Securitizadora and coordinated by BTG Pactual, which was advised by Santos Neto Advogados.
The offering complied with CVM Resolution 160 and was divided into two stages: the senior series, aimed at the broader market, which totaled R$ 268 million, while the subordinated series, worth R$ 67 million, was intended for specific investors in a private placement.
