Carey advises LatentView on acquisition of Decision Point
Carey has advised LatentView Analytics, a listed Indian company and leading digital analytics consultancy, on the Chilean aspects of its acquisition of 70% of Decision Point for US$39.1 million.
The remaining 30% of the company will be acquired over the next two years. The transaction took place on 1 July, involving the jurisdictions of India, Chile, Mexico and the US. H&B in India, Sanchez Devanny in Mexico, and Taft in the US also acted as advisors to LatentView, while Lembeye Abogados, AZB & Partners and Auren acted as advisors to Decision Point in Chile, India and Mexico, respectively. Equirus Capital acted as financial advisor to Decision Point.
Decision Point, a global leader in artificial intelligence-led business transformation and revenue growth management. The company currently operates in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America (including a Chilean subsidiary).
Sarvesh Goel and Sandeep Gogia acted as advisors of Equirus Capital.
Lembeye’s team consisted of partners Jorge Lembeye, Nicolás Espina, Evelyn Sepúlveda, associate Reginald Horn, and director Constanza Ríos.
