Carey advises the IFC on $140 million investment in Chilean financial conglomerate

The International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group, instructed Carey on an equity investment of $140 million in Consorcio Financiero, a financial group in Chile.

Partners Cristian Eyzaguirre and Francisco Guzmán led the Carey team.

The IFC retained Becker, Glynn, Muffly, Chassin & Hosinski for NY counsel.
