Carey and Baker & McKenzie guide residential investment joint venture

Carey advised Greystar Real Estate Partners in a joint venture with Credicorp Capital Asset Management Administradora General de Fondos. 

The transaction, of undisclosed value, will create a joint venture for the investment, development and management of residential properties held for rental purposes. It is one of the first joint ventures between a general asset management company and a fund manager with experience in managing residential rental projects.

Partner Salvador Valdás led the Carey team advising Greystar.

Credicorp Capital Asset Management instructed Baker & McKenzie in Chile.
