Carey bulks up transfer pricing offer
Chilean law firm Carey announced the addition of Mariana Sepúlveda, economist and expert in valuations, to strengthen its transfer pricing area.
Sepúlveda has over 15 years of experience in research, economic and financing counseling, planning, management control and investor relations. She joined Carey from Econsult, a company dedicated to economic advice, valuations and corporate finance. Her career also include a role as associate director at Fitch Ratings in London.
As senior economist at Carey, Sepúlveda will assist both the tax and antitrust practice groups as well as advising on transfer pricing and financial issues. The firm´s tax group is led by partners Jaime Carey and Jessica Power and includes over 26 professionals such as lawyers, certified accountants and law clerks. On the other hand, the antitrust practice group has a team of 14 professionals and is fronted by partners Claudio Lizana and Lorena Pavic.
