Carey guides LarrainVial’s entry on Chilean venture capital market
Activa, LarrainVial’s private equity arm, instructed Carey in the capital increase and acquisition of control of FenVentures.
FenVentures is a fund manager focused on venture capital investments. LarrainVial is one of Chile´s largest Chilean investment banks and, with this deal, it is perhaps the largest financial institution in Chile formally entering into the venture capital market.
