Mattos Filho opens office in London

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados has become the first Brazilian law firm to launch an office in London.

This is the firm’s second office outside Brazil, it has had a longstanding presence in NY.

Partner Rodrigo Ferreira Figueiredo will front the London operation, with the support of an associate. Figueiredo focuses on cross border M&A and will target Brazilian clients with interests in the UK and Europe as well as European and UK companies aiming to enter the Brazilian market.

The office will not practice UK law.
