Estudio Rodrigo instructed on Advent’s acquisition in Peru

Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano advised chemicals distributor Peruquímicos in Peru on its acquisition by Advent International. 

Advent International is a Boston-headquartered private equity firm focused on buyouts. The acquisition was made through GTM, the second-largest chemical distributor in Latin America, which is majority-owned by Advent. 

Peruquímicos was founded in 1995 in Peru and focuses on the importation, storage and distribution of chemicals and other related services. 

Partners Juan Diego de Vinatea and Raúl Hidalgo led the team at Rodrigo, Elías & Medrano which acted for Peruquimicos. 

Advent instructed Garrigues in Peru.
