Carey represents AGUNSA in investment in start-up Instance Latam
Carey has represented Agencias Universales (AGUNSA) in a financing round for Instance Latam through SAFE. The firm Villarino & Ilharreborde acted as advisor to Instance Latam.
This transaction was closed on 14 October and marks AGUNSA’s first investment in a start-up, debuting with its corporate venture area.
Villarino & Ilharreborde’s team comprised partner Juan Andrés Ilharreborde and senior associate Felipe Grez.
Carey’s team included partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured) and associate Sebastián Melero.
