Bruchou represents Crédito Directo in issuance of Class XVIII Notes
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has represented Crédito Directo in its issuance of its Class XVIII Notes for a nominal amount of $605,680,302 Argentine pesos.
The issuance was made under the Global Debentures Programme for up to US$24,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
The Class XVIII Notes were admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (BYMA) and for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE). Furthermore, Fix Argentina has rated the Notes as “A3(arg)”.
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger and co-placement agent; while Adcap Securities Argentina, Portfolio Investment, Banco Mariva, SBS Trading and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba acted as co-placement agents.
Crédito Directo provides financial assistance to individuals through personal loans.
