Cescon Barrieu advise Localiza Fleet on issuance of debentures

Cescon Barrieu advised Localiza Fleet on its 11th issuance of simple, non-convertible in shares debentures, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 1 billion, with additional fiduciary guarantee from Localiza Rent a Car (Guarantor), for public distribution with restricted distribution efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 476.

The offer took place with Caixa Econômica Federal acting as the lead underwriter.
