Souto Correa advise Dasa on the acquisition of Lustosa

Souto Correa Advogados advised Dasa, the largest integrated healthcare network in Brazil, on a transaction for the acquisition of the company Patologia Clínica Dr. Geraldo Lustosa Cabral (Lustosa), which operates in the State of Minas Gerais in laboratory medicine and clinical analysis. The amount of this transaction is R$ 69.103.898,47.

Souto Correa relied on partners Giedre Brajato and Mauricio Paschoal and lawyer Bruno Teixeira da Silva.

Azevedo Sette Advogados advised the other partie and relied on partner Eduardo Monteiro Moreira César and lawyer Pedro Henrique de Castro Oliveira.
