Machado Meyer act in structuring of FIDC of Ticket Log
Machado Meyer Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA on structuring and public offering of 1st series senior quotas and subordinated quota issued by Edenemerald Hez Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios (FIDC).
The FIDC was structured by Ticket Soluções HDFGT (Ticket Log) and Banco Itaú BBA. The FIDC is managed by Genial Gestão, with the fiduciary administration of Banco Genial.
The FIDC’s investment policy is the acquisition of credit rights arising from payment due by Ticket Log to the assignors, merchants that have adhered to the Ticket Log’s closed-end payment system, arising from payment transactions carried by means of the Ticket Log system. The public offering included the distribution of quotas by Banco Itaú BBA.
The total amount was BRL 200 million.
