Carey represents CMPC on Pulpex financing
Carey has represented CMPC Ventures, together with other investors, in a financing round in the UK company Pulpex.
This transaction, closed on 26 December 2022, involved the jurisdictions of Chile and the UK, where Osborne Clarke acted as advisor to Pulpex.
Pulpex is a UK company that produces renewable, recyclable and biodegradable bottles through high technology.
Osborne Clarke’s team included associate director Robert Pook, and associates Mike Freer and Alec Bartlett.
Carey’s team included partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured) and associate Sebastián Melero.
