Bruchou counsels on issuance of Class 5 Tecpetrol Notes

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has counselled Tecpetrol and the underwriters on the placement of the Class 5 Notes for a par value of AR$32,897,900,000.

The issue was made under its Programme for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (Non-Convertible into Shares) for up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies). The Class 5 Notes are denominated in pesos, mature on 16 July 2024, and will bear interest at a floating nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR Rate plus a margin of 2.00%.

In addition, the Class 5 Notes have been authorised for listing on MAE and BYMA.

Balanz Capital Valores, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Itaú Argentina, Banco Santander Argentina, Itaú Valores and Puente Hnos. acted as underwriters.

Tecpetrol is a company engaged in the exploration, production, transportation and distribution of hydrocarbons, and the generation of electricity.

Fernando Moreno and Clara Sereday acted as in-house counsels to Tecpetrol.
