Trench Rossi Watanabe advises ZEG in agreement with Cubico
Trench Rossi Watanabe has advised a subsidiary of ZEG Energias Renováveis in an agreement with Cubico Sustainable Investments.
The operation consists of the sale of the Projeto Sobral, located in Sobral and Santana do Acaraú (CE), one of the largest solar projects under development in the country, with a capacity of 1 GW.
The two companies will jointly develop the project, including the negotiation for the construction of the park and other energy supply agreements with the involvement of third parties.
The conclusion of the sale depends at this point on the fulfillment of conditions, such as approval by CADE.
Trench Rossi Watanabe relied on partners Maurício Pacheco (pictured left), Evaristo Lucena (pictured right), and associates Adam Milgrom, Fernando Bammann and Bernardo Borchardt that worked together with Camila Gonçalves Rodrigues, legal director of Capitale Group and ZEG Energias Renováveis.
