Carneiros e Dipp Advogados annouced Gilvandro Araújo as new partner
Carneiros e Dipp Advogados annouced Gilvandro Araújo as new partner in charge of the Economic and Business law practice. Gilvandro Araúdo will work mainly in advisory and litigation matters involving competition law and sector regulation.
The lawyer was Infraero’s director of legal and administrative solutions, actively participating in a period marked by the concession of various airports to the private sector. Before that, he played an important role in the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), where he held the positions of interim president, councilor and attorney general.
Araújo holds a PhD in Law from Panthéon Assas University – Paris II; a DEA Droit Public Général from the Law School of the University of Montpellier I; and a post-graduate degree in Competition Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He graduated in Legal Sciences from the Catholic University of Pernambuco.
