Cascione acts deal counsel on the Bamboo issuance

Cascione Advogados acted as deal counsel in the public and private offering of debentures, not convertible into shares, of the 1st senior debentures and 2nd subordinated debentures series of the 2nd issuance of Bamboo, backed on credits rights arising out of credit card receivables assigned by the company.

The senior debentures were subject to a public offering registered before the CVM 160, as amended. The subordinated debentures were subject to a private offering and were subscribed and paid in exclusively by the company and related parties.

Cascione advised Bamboo Securitizadora, as the issuer and the distributor, Barte Brasil, as the assignor and Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as fiduciary agent and relied on partner Fabio de Souza Aranha Cascione (pictured left), Gabriel Capella (pictured right); associate Fernanda Chaves de Oliveira, Victoria Monice Onishi.
