Cascione Advogados hires a new partner

Cascione Advogados has a new white-collar crime, compliance and investigations partner. The firm hired Clarissa Oliveira (pictured) that will lead the already well-established practice of the full solution law firm.

Clarissa Oliveira holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, a specialist degree in Human Rights and Economic Criminal Law from the University of Coimbra and a postgraduate in Corporate Criminal Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). She has been working with Corporate Criminal Law since 2004 and corporate investigations and compliance since 2010.

Based in São Paulo, she is an active member of international associations such as the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA), American Bar Association (ABA) and International Bar Association (IBA), and currently holds the position of Publication’s Officer for the Anticorruption Committee (2023/2024).

She also performs pro bono work at the São Paulo Jury Court since 2008 and has acted in several racial and LGBTQIA+ cases.
