Several law firms advise on the loan granted to PetroReconcavo

BMA advised PetroReconcavo and its subsidiaries in securing an international syndicated loan in the amount of US$ 60 million, entered into with Itaú Unibanco – Miami Branch, Banco Santander (Brasil), Luxembourg Branch and Banco do Brasil, Tokyo Branch, which was advised by Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown together with the Mayer Brown team in New York, under aspects of Brazilian and New York law.
