Cepeda Advogados announces new partner to strengthen areas

Cepeda Advogados, announced Rogério Baptista Fedele (pictured) as a new partner in its tax and estate planning, family law and succession practices.

With solid experience in providing tax advisory services to business families and corporate clients, Rogério has built a career highlighted by his work on transactions and investments in the financial and capital markets, the structuring of estate and succession planning in Brazil and abroad, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, as well as the representation of taxpayers in major judicial and administrative disputes.

His practice also includes advising family offices, asset managers and high-net-worth individuals, with a technical and integrated approach alongside the firm’s Estate Planning, Family Law and Succession, corporate, real estate and corporate governance practices.

Rogério had already been part of the Cepeda Advogados team and now assumes new responsibilities within the partnership.
