Dcom strengthens its tax practice in light of the new fiscal agenda

Dcom Advogados announced the arrival of Rodrigo Griz (pictured) as a new partner in the tax practice, in a move aligned with the firm’s strategic plan for the 2026–2028 cycle and the structured expansion of its operations.

A tax lawyer with a strong background in consulting and strategic litigation, Rodrigo has experience in tax structuring, administrative and judicial defense, and corporate reorganizations with significant tax implications. Throughout his career, he has conducted highly complex discussions at the state level, especially in São Paulo, with an emphasis on ICMS (Value Added Tax on Sales and Services) issues, special regimes, tax substitution, and tax benefits, in addition to strong interaction with litigation in the Tax and Fees Court (TIT-SP).

With this reinforcement, the tax area gains a central position in Dcom’s strategy, deepening its integration with the already consolidated corporate, contractual, and litigation areas. According to the lawyer, the reinforcement is not a one-off event, but part of a structured movement to expand and consolidate tax as one of the firm’s main fronts, with national operations and a focus on business decisions that require anticipation, multidisciplinary coordination, and a strategic reading of the Brazilian tax scenario.
