Cerolini & Ferrari assists in issuance of Series III Notes of Del Fabro Hnos.

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has assisted in the issuance of Series III Class I and II Notes of Del Fabro under the SME CNV Guaranteed Regime.

The issue was made on July 21st, where the Series III Class I Notes were issued for a value of $447.750.000 and will mature in July 2025, at a variable rate with an applicable margin of 4%; and the Series III Class II Notes for a value of U$S 319.922, maturing in July 2026 at an annual nominal interest rate of 0%.

The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized to be listed and traded in the Argentinean Stock Exchanges and Markets (ByMA) and the Electronic Open Market (MAE).

Del Fabro Hnos. y Cía. acted as issuer; Banco Supervielle, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones (BST), Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Benedit Bursátil acted as arrangers and underwriters; Supervielle, BST and Galicia also acted as guarantors of the issue. All entities were advised by the firm.

Del Fabro is an agricultural and livestock farming company. It operates between different locations within the provinces of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe.

Ana Vea Murguía acted as in-house counsel to BST.
