Cerolini & Ferrari counsels on new Granville issue
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has counselled Granville and the banks involved, in the issuance of its Negotiable Obligations Series III for an amount of AR$ 650,000,000.
The issue was made on April 28th, under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada, at a variable interest rate plus a 5% margin and maturing in April 2025, whose principal will be amortized in three installments.
The offer was aimed at the local market and the Series III Notes have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Macro Securities, Industrial Valores, Banco Mariva and Bi Bank acted as arrangers and placement agents; and Banco Mariva, Banco Macro, Banco Industrial and Bi Bank acted as guarantors of the Notes.
Granville is an official Peugeot dealership that serves individuals, companies and public bodies wishing to have new and used vehicles, an after-sales service that includes vehicle repair and spare parts sales. It has four branches in Junín, Pergamino and San Nicolás in the Province of Buenos Aires.
