Cerolini & Ferrari counsels RDA in new Notes issue
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has counselled RDA Renting (RDA) in its fourth issuance of notes under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal amount of $700,000,000.
The Notes were issued on August 9, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus an applicable margin of 8%, payable quarterly and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA), and for listing and trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Supervielle and Banco de Valores acted as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors; Fid Aval acted as guarantor; and Price Waterhouse & Co. Asesores de Empresas acted as financial advisor.
RDA is a company specialized in fleet management and vehicle leasing. The service provided by the issuer includes, among other things, (i) professional advice to clients in the selection of their vehicles according to functionality and efficiency criteria, evaluating financial proposals and market availability, and (ii) management of quotations, purchases, registration procedures and compliance with local regulations, as well as special procedures such as license plates, armoring, security, accessories, among others.
