Cerolini & Ferrari in new issue of Petrosurco Notes

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has advised Petrosurco and Banco CMF in the second issue of Petrosurco’s Notes under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal value of U$S 1.000.000.

The issue was made on July 12th where the Series II Class I Notes were issued at a variable rate with a 2% cut-off margin and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value, maturing in January 2026, and the Series II Class II Notes for a nominal value of US$ 886,435 at a fixed rate of 1% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value, maturing in January 2026.

The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).

Banco CMF acted as arranger, underwriter and guarantor of the issue.

Petrosurco is part of ‘YPF Agro’ and develops the strategy of the portfolio of products and services for crop protection and nutrition, seeds and biotechnology, presenting integrated solutions aligned to the needs of customers and agribusiness objectives. It also manages the business of trading grains, by-products and biofuels in a sustainable manner and, with the development of the exchange operation, generates greater competitiveness for customers. It ensures the supply of agricultural products in a timely manner, optimising logistics and efficient inventory management.
