Cerolini & Ferrari represents GPyC in new issuance of Notes
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has represented Gestión de Préstamos y Cobranzas (GPyC), Banco de Servicios y Transacciones (BST) and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba (Bancor) in the second issue of negotiable notes of GPyC under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal value of $400.000.000.
The issue was made on 18 October for a nominal value of $400,000,000,000 at a variable rate with a cut-off margin of 9% and at an issue price of 100% of the nominal value of the Notes.
The Notes will mature in April 2026, and their principal will be amortised in two semi-annual and consecutive instalments, maturing on 18 October 2025 and 18 April 2026, respectively. The instalments will be for an amount equivalent to 50% of the principal of the Notes.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).
BST and Bancor acted as arrangers and underwriters of the issue. Bancor also acted as underwriter.
