Cescon and TozziniFreire act on the acquisition of Dibran by TC Traders
Cescon Barrieu advised TC Traders Club on the acquisition of 100% of the quotas of Dibran Holding Financeira which holds 100% of Dibran DTVM, wich was advised by TozziniFreire Advogados.
The transaction value was R$8.5 million.
Cescon Barrieu relied on partner Cristina Bueno (pictured left) and associate Nathalia Rabello.
Tozzini Freire Advogados advised the target company and the sellers, and relied on partner Fabíola Augusta Cavalcanti (pictured right) and associates Mariana Del Nero Cornibert da Barrosa, Victor Frias Françoso and Fernanda Cavalcanti Gesta de Melo.
