Cescon Barrieu act as deal counsel on issuance of Casa & Video
Cescon Barrieu acted as deal counsel on the second issuance of senior secured notes, for public distribution with limited placement efforts, by Casa & Vídeo Brasil, pursuant to CVM 476.
The underwriter of the offering was Bradesco BBI.
The total offering amount was R$30 millions, all of which will be used on the early payment of the company’s tax installments.
Founded in 1988, Casa & Vídeo Brasil S.A. stands out today in the housewares, tools, air conditioning and small appliances services sector, with 100 operating units spread across Rio de Janeiro, Espirito Santo anda São Paulo. The offering was carried out in order to enable the prepayment of the company’s tax installments. The notes are secured by a cash collateral.
Cescon Barrieu advised the company and the underwriter and relied on partner Daniel Laudisio (pictured); associates Vittoria Simoni and Guilherme Bezerra and intern João Pedro Gaspar.
