Cescon Barrieu act in issuance by Cidade Maravilhosa
Cescon Barrieu represented the issuer and the underwriter in the first issuance of commercial notes, for public distribution by Cidade Maravilhosa Indústria e Comércio de Roupas, with a corporate guarantee granted by Grupo de Moda SOMA, pursuant to CVM 160.
The underwriter of the offering was Banco Bradesco BBI. The proceeds from the offering totalled R$300 million, all of which will be used for investments in the company’s operations and general purposes.
