Cescon Barrieu acts on financial bills issued by Nu Financeira
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and underwriters on the 7th issuance of financial notes, in two series, for public distribution, issued by the Nu Financeira (financial bills), under Law 12.249, CMN Resolution 5.007 and CVM Resolution 8, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion.
The offering was implemented within the timeline required by the issuer’s schedule, conciliating interests of all the parties involved, providing technical excellence and the appropriate legal solution for the challenges encountered.
