Cescon Barrieu advised Gafisa on the sale of its entire stake in the enterprise “Fasano Itaim” (80.3%), besides the operation of Hotel Fasano Itaim, to Albali Fundo de Investimento.
The deal was for R$ 330 million, which puts it in the ranking of the biggest real estate transactions of 2022.
