Pinheiro Neto act on issuance of commercial notes by Fast Shop

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on 2nd issuance of commercial notes by Fast Shop, in single series, with rem guarantee, as per CVM rulling 476, in the total amount of BRL 100 million.

The resources obtained with the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.

Pinheiro Neto advised issuer Fast Shop and lead underwriter Bradesco BBI, and relied on partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), associates Camila M. Derisio, Luiz Fernando de Araújo Plazza and legal aide Giovanna Bittencourt Mantesso.
