TozziniFreire advise KDB on loan agreement with CJ do Brasil
TozziniFreire Advogados represented the Korean Development Bank in a US$ 80million loan agreement with CJ do Brasil. Under the terms of the loan agreement, an equivalent amount of its proceeds will be used for financing the construction of Borrower’s tryptophane production facility in Brazil.
The borrower is part of the CJ CheilJedang Group, which has led the development of the Korean food industry for the past 60 years, and contributed to the development of the bioengineering industry as the Korea’s top general food company.
