Cescon Barrieu advised GDM Genética do Brasil on the acquisition of Sociedades Brasil, of Biotrigo Genética and Biotrigo Nutrição Animal, for an undisclosed amount.
The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by CADE.

Biotrigo Genética and Biotrigo Nutrição are dedicated to the research, development and commercial exploitation of wheat cultivars, they also market basic seeds and lower categories of wheat and exploit licenses for cultivars included in their germplasm.
